Commercial Commission

・Prices will be doubled (x2) if the artwork isn't a physical object such as a youtube banner, included in a video, ad support, etc.
・Prices will be tripled (x3) if the artwork is a physical object/merch such as stickers, t-shirt design, key chain, etc.

Terms and Conditions

Paying means that the Client agrees to the Terms and ConditionsEverything under General Terms and Conditions applies to both Personal and Commercial Commissions

General Terms and Conditions

  • Every commission comes with a free simple background.

  • First come first serve.

  • The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request, without needing to explain the reason.

  • The Artist will NOT take on Commissions that have strict or short deadlines and/or if the Client is not flexible on deadlines.

  • No refund once sketch has been approved.

  • The Artist reserves the right to stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in the English language, or a breach of these Terms of Service.

  • One revision only.

  • If the Client files a dispute against the Artist, The Client will lose the rights for the commissioned artwork and will be blacklisted by the Artist.

Personal Commission

  • Reselling the artwork is prohibited.

  • Cannot use the artwork for commercial/ profit purposes including prints and redistribution.

Commercial Commission

  • Allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork and change it to the Client’s liking and promote their own brand with it.

  • Credit is required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
